What are the sizes you offer?

We currently have sizes ranging S-XL. You can also write to us at connect.tawnydove@gmail.com for custom sizes.

Do I need to set up an account to set up an order?

Yes. You can browse through our collections without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is an easy process. To create an account you simple need to click ‘REGISTER’ at the top right corner.

Which payment methods do you accept?

For domestic transactions we accept all major credit and debit cards (including MASTER CARD, VISA, and AMERICAN EXPRESS) and provide net banking options across major banks, wallets.
If you are not able to make a payment via the above options, please send us an email to connect.tawnydove@gmail.com and we will send you options to pay.

When will I get my order?

We process your order within 24 hours. All orders placed shall be delivered within 6-8 working days.

How do I choose the right size?

For your convenience, each product description contains detailed information about the garment and its different fits and sizes. Please read the information given available there and also consult our sizing guide. If you need any assistance, feel free to get in touch at connect.tawnydove@gmail.com

Do you offer embroidery or any other customisation on your outfits?

We do customize on request, write to us at connect.tawnydove@gmail.com

What is the cost of shipping?

A flat fee of INR 300 is charged for shipping and we offer free shipping on orders above INR 5000 for all domestic orders. An auto generated shipping fee will be charged based on the region for all International orders.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number is given to each package when dispatched so the travel of the package can be monitored. The tracking number is sent to your email when the order is fulfilled and dispatched from the studio.

Any offers to first time customers?

We offer 10% discount for all our first time customers.

Do you provide express delivery?

We do take up early delivery requests. Do write to us an email to connect.tawnydove@gmail.com to check the feasibility prior to placing your order.

How do I update my delivery address?

Kindly write in to connect.tawnydove@gmail.com for change in address and we will be happy to deliver to the updated address if the order has not been dispatched.

Do you offer exchange?

We are happy to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged and retaining the original tags within 3 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. However this is dependent on our inventory. In case, we do not have stock we will issue a credit note valid for 3 months for your future purchase. We do not offer exchange on discounted and customized products.
